For the second year, Masterchef Live is back at Playbill Venues!

MasterChef Live, the ultimate foodie event is back this year from 7-9th October, Royal Hall of Industries & Hordern Pavilion, Moore Park.

This year it promises to be an even bigger cooking extravaganza.  Instead of one big live theatre show we have added new MasterClasses from judges Gary, George, your favourite MasterChef chefs and contestant plus many more free hands-on cooking schools – Giving you more opportunities to learn from the pros.

There are meet and greets, Book signings,Junior workshops. And of course the chance to shop for quality amazing ingredients and cookware to help you become a MasterChef at home.

HANDS ON COOKING CLASSES
This is your chance to roll up your sleeves and have ago yourself. With so many hands-on cooking classes to join you won’t know where to start. And best of all they are free!

The art of pastry with Pastisse
Learn the art of pastry and understand the traditions of baking. Get hands on in the Patisse School with Vincent Gadan, immerse yourself in the sweet side of life building your own mini macaron tower and learning the art of classic French desserts. 

Artisan Baking Workshop with Brassiere Bread
Practice your bread making techniques, once perfected we will pop your bread in the oven ready for you to take your own sourdough home to enjoy.

Knife Skills with Cooking for Blokes
Go back to the basics; learn knife skills to improve your Juliann technique.

Zushi School
Learn the secrets on how to make one of Zushi’s famous signature Inside rolls, plus Zushi will share the essential to make proper sushi rice.

The art of Flambé with Cheeky Food Group
Learn how to flambé (safely!) with a famous Hawaiian Rum dish and to finish you’ll discover some easy but glamorous garnishes, to turn your plate into a masterpiece.
